I believe the main problem is his assistant Joy. She is unpleasant, not clear and therefore creates issues that would be easily avoided with more patient and thought of geared towards the customer. She needs to remember that without the customer is the reason that she has a job which in turn means also a paycheck.

Heath always kept me informed and updated to the status of my loan! He made this process extremely easy. I felt confident at all times that he had everything taken care of and nothing was being missed. He helped me close a week early and he was always very prompt and friendly in his responses when I emailed him. This was the second time I’ve used Heath and would absolutely recommend him to my very closest family and friends!

Heath and Joy were extremely helpful and patient with us the entire time. The closing took longer than expected but they were completely transparent through the whole process. At one point I wasn’t sure if we would be able to proceed at one point and they were so empathetic and said “we will get through this together and make it happen.” They treated us like we were family. I have already given Heath’s contact information to two people.
