When beginning the second process in buying our home the experience was a lot better than the first. Heath answered all of our questions and was available and flexible when we would call him. I felt like I was able to trust Heath and felt that he had our best interest in mind.

we hoped for a more proactive approach, more background checking to see if information was already in the Caliber system, given our other loans with them. The lack of communication at the end of the appraisal process wasn't good. I had a few unanswered emails.
